I have noticeable scars from breast implant surgery. How can I make them go away?!?

There is an over the counter cream called Mederma. It is used for Burn patients. It contains vitamin E and is about 15-20 per tube. It is highly recommended by pharamacists but it works great for scars and will practically make it disappear. I had a similar surgery and you can hardly notice any scar tissue at all and its only been a few months. Try it, it really works!!
